Our BALANCE formula is designed to bring the gut bacteria into balance. We recommend using BALANCE during the pulse phase of taking HALT Hunger and for a couple of months after taking HH. Our BALANCE formula contains spore bacteria that will help to balance out any potential overgrowths that already exist in the gut and keep Akkermansia in check whilst aiding the beneficial bacteria to thrive. 

This multi strain blend is also designed to continue appetite control and promote healthy body composition. Although it's appetite effects are much more subtle than Halt Hunger, the bacteria used in our formula have also shown the following benefits:

  • Skin Health: Promotes collagen production and clear skin, leading to smoother, healthier skin.
  • Mood Enhancement: Boosts the release of oxytocin, improving mood and well-being.
  • Gut Health: Helps manage Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) and maintains a healthy digestive tract promoting total-body health.
  • Improved Sleep: Promotes better sleep quality.
  • Bone Health: Supports bone density and overall bone health.
  • Anti-inflammatory Effects: Reduces inflammation in the body.

If you are hungry all the time and craving sugar, your gut microbiome is likely imbalanced. Try our Balance formula to start with for a few months before thinking about HALT Hunger. 

We suggest using daily for one to two months and it can be continued indefinitely for ongoing benefits.

 

 

Dosing

We recommend starting slowly with one teaspoon per day to build up to half a cup in a day. 

During the pulse phase of HH, use BALANCE on your days off HH. After taking HH, use daily or every other day for a period of two months. 

After this you can continue with a maintenance dose to help keep microbes at bay three times a week or take a break. 

Everyone is individual and some may experience bacterial die-off reactions when taking Harmonise Health. Temporary cold/flu-like feelings, gas/bloating, constipation/diarrhea, headaches, skin eruptions, irritability, etc. are all signs of die-off.

If you are feeling any of the above, we recommend lowering your dose or even skipping a few days until symptoms subside.

Although sometimes unpleasant, bacterial die-off is a normal part of your gut flora rebalancing and a great sign that Harmonise Health working to eliminate your bad bacteria while feeding the good bacteria.

For 12-16 years two teaspoons every other day or one spoonful daily. 

Not recommended for children under 12 because it's a high dose probiotic. 

Whilst the strains used in BALANCE are not typically the types of probiotics that are associated with overgrowth issues, we always recommend pulsing any supplements so after three months, have a month off before deciding whether you want to recommence. 

 

Ingredients

Lactobacillus Reuteri:

  • Supports maintenance of a healthy gut barrier, regulating immunity, and limits the onset of inflammation, which is the root cause of numerous diseases.
  • Shown to have anti-obesity effects in rodents and humans.
  • Enhances immune function
  • Reduces cholesterol

Lactobacillus Gasseri :

  • Supports healthy GI tract function.
  • Helps the body support leptin, a hormone that plays a crucial role in energy metabolism and fat storage.

Spore-based Bacillus bacteria:

  • Bacillus bacteria are Gram-positive, rod-shaped, spore forming meaning they are highly resistant and can remain viable for long periods, allowing the bacteria to survive and persist in various environments.
  • They provide anti-oxidant properties, immune support, digestive support, and anti-inflammatory properties.
