Other ways to mitigate hangovers for a better 2mrw
- Abstain. Alcohol is toxic, the ultimate way to avoid a hangover is to avoid it.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the evening.
- Eating food whilst or just before drinking including all three Proteins, Carbs and Fat.
- Electrolytes during the evening and the next day.
- Eating fermented foods in the evening and the next day.
- Activated charcoal when you get home helps to bind the toxins and get them out of your body.
- Creatine in the morning for lack of sleep
- Cold exposure the next day (NOT while drinking as this is dangerous)
