How to wear: apply to clean, dry skin can be worn either as a pair on bother just one inner wrists or ankles, or applied directly to an area of concern (eg varicose veins). If the frequency chosen feels suitable for day and night the stickers can be left on until they naturally fall off. Usually stay on skin for 1-3 days. Made to order, use within two months.

Add our 10 drops of our perfectly magic tinctures into a glass of water and leave it for a few minutes so that the tincture can inform the rest of the water. Use 3-4 times per day.
Some may notice effects straight away, others it may take 4 or 5 days before you notice a change.
